Pace invites members to use chat to connect and support each other in between sessions. Often, sharing images, news articles, and/or videos is part of continuing the in-session conversation throughout the week. We define content and media as images, videos, sound clips, and/or news articles.

Violation of this policy

Under this policy, Pace prohibits members from sharing violent, hateful, or adult content. This includes in chat, but also as profile pictures.

Reporting a violation of this policy

Everyone can report a violation of this policy. It’s important to note that chat is not monitored by the Care Team or your facilitator. However, if facilitators become aware of a violation of this policy, they’re required to inform the Care Team. With that being said, Pace doesn’t censor members but does review every violation of this policy individually.

Members can report by:

  1. Email [email protected]
  2. Direct Message your facilitator (learn more here)

Consequences

We consider multiple factors when reviewing violations of this policy, including severity and history.

If you believe your membership was mistakenly suspended, **learn more on how to appeal here.**
