We encourage all members to engage in chats with other members and your facilitator. Chat is only available in the Pace app, not available on Pace on desktop or laptop computers.
Groups are connected to a single chat thread for the entirety of their existence. When a new group is created, a chat thread is created with the initial group members. Regardless if members join or leave a group, the chat thread will be continuously the same.
Members will always have access to the chat (as long as the group remains active), but will no longer be able to send messages if they decide to pause their membership. To access your chat, please open your app and click on Chat.
<aside> 🚨 If you cannot see your group’s chat in the smartphone app, please contact us at [email protected] and, if possible, share a screenshot of what you see when you’ve logged into the app. Below are the instructions on how to take a screenshot:
Members have the opportunity to create DM chats with their network - a group of members who attended the same sessions as well as those who’ve been referred to Pace by the member. This feature allows members to engage in additional conversations and spark newer, deeper connections! To DM a member from your network:
