Pace Smartphone App

1. If you join via the Pace Smartphone app, follow these steps:

   1. Download the latest version
   2. Log in
   3. Click the Join Session button (available 30 minutes before your session start time)
   4. If you can’t see a Join Session button, and you’ve been a member of multiple Pace groups, try toggling between groups

Computer or Laptop

• If you ****join via computer or laptop, follow these steps:

  1. You’ll need the Pace app to get a session code (which is available 30 minutes before your session start time)
  2. Open the Pace app, and get your session code by tapping “Join session” and “Join via session code” (If you don’t see a session code, it may be because you don’t have the latest version of the app.)
  3. Log on to https://pace.group on your computer’s web browser (Chrome preferred for a better experience)
  4. Enter your session code to get into your session!
  5. Choose up to 3 feelings and click “Continue” (bottom right corner)
