First Session Guide

Show up. The first step is being there. Show up - on-time weekly - for yourself and your group members.
1. Show up on time to session
2. Inform your group if you’re missing session(s) - no ghosting
3. Be present and engaged - no multitasking during session
4. Keep your camera on
Armor off. You’ll hear ‘Go Further’ a lot. It’s how we ask others to open up and share with total honesty because we want to listen. And usually, you’ll hear back that you’re not the only one feeling that way. Care for yourself responsibly, sharing in a way that is a small stretch, not “pulling a muscle.”

Group is a team sport. The best teammates are curious about others, share the mic and ask each other questions. We may not always agree with each other, but we encourage you to listen deeply and assume positive intent.
