Pace is where hundreds of small groups find human connection every week. We’re a Series A company - backed by legendary entrepreneurs and investors like Sequoia Capital - redefining mental health through groups that are effective, but also fun, social, and challenging.

Who's Pace?
Pace was started in 2020. The name was inspired by real-life groups of people running together and finding their rhythm. The company was started by (1) tech employees who helped build companies like Pinterest, LinkedIn, Affirm, and Facebook, and (2) amazing mental health clinicians who studied/worked at Stanford, UCSF, Kaiser, and the National Center for PTSD.

Important Details
- 💰 Solid Compensation. We're a young startup, so you won't make as much in salary as you might at [insert BigTechCo name here], but it'll be comfortable. And with outsized equity compensation and incredibly world-positive work, we believe you'll feel fulfilled.
- 🏠 Remote Work. We're a primarily remote team, with team members in San Francisco Bay Area, Florida, Los Angeles, NYC, Seattle, SoCal, and New Zealand. We get together as a team at least once a quarter in responsibly fun ways 😂.
- 👩🏾⚕️ Health, Both Mental and Physical. Pace pays for 90% of your health, dental, and vision premiums for you. Each Pace team member also can join one Pace Group at all times free-of-charge (don't worry, everything discussed is totally confidential to the group :).
- 💻 Computer + $5,000 For Your Home Office. In addition to your computer from Pace, you can spend up to $5,000 on your home office to set it up however you'd like.
