If you'd like to change your payment information, you can do so on your profile:

  1. Visit https://pace.group/settings/change-payment
  2. Enter in credit card info
  3. Click “Update Information” to save the info

Apple Subscription & Cancellation

<aside> đź’ˇ Pace allows members to subscribe using Apple Pay. However, it works a little different than our normal subscription due to Apple rules. See below for more information.

Membership

Members who sign up via Apple Pay will be charged for the initial month after creating the initial profile. This charge will cover the initial month. Members will also be requested to create a subscription at the time of the first session.

Request a refund from Apple

Unfortunately, if you were ever charged for Pace by Apple after using Apple Pay as a method of payment on your iPhone or iPad and would like a refund, you must contact Apple directly, as Apple does not provide Pace with the ability to process refunds. Only Apple can process refunds for purchases made through your Apple account.

Cancel your subscription

Pace also recommends members to cancel their subscription to prevent further charges. To do so, members will have to turn off auto-renew within your phone’s Apple account settings. Pace is not able to manage this on our end. However, we included the steps below:
